Refunds and Cancellations
Sun Ryse Software LLC may offer software products, subscriptions, beta access, or custom work over time. Refund and cancellation treatment can vary depending on the product or commercial arrangement.
General policy baseline
Unless a specific product page, checkout flow, order form, or written agreement says otherwise, fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Interest alone does not create refund rights
Viewing the website, joining a waitlist, contacting us, or expressing interest in a future product does not by itself create a purchase, subscription, or refund entitlement.
Subscriptions
If a Sun Ryse Tech product is sold on a recurring subscription basis, cancellation rules and renewal timing will be described in the applicable product experience or billing terms. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically entitle a customer to a refund for charges already incurred unless the product-specific terms say so.
App stores and payment platforms
Purchases processed by an app store, marketplace, or third-party payment platform may also be subject to that provider’s billing, cancellation, and refund process. Where the provider controls the transaction, refund requests may need to be submitted through that provider.
Beta programs and early access
Beta access, launch programs, or early product offers may carry separate pricing, refund, or cancellation conditions. Where separate terms apply, those product-specific terms control.
Custom or service-based work
AI discovery, implementation, integration, advisory work, and other service components will be governed by the relevant proposal, order form, statement of work, or invoice terms. Deposits, completed milestones, third-party costs, and time already spent are generally non-refundable after work begins unless the applicable agreement says otherwise.
Billing questions
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us promptly with the product or engagement name, purchase date, and transaction reference so we can review it. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
