Refunds and Cancellations
Sun Ryse Software LLC may offer software products, subscriptions, beta access, or custom work over time. Refund and cancellation treatment can vary depending on the product or commercial arrangement.
General policy baseline
Unless a specific product page, checkout flow, order form, or written agreement says otherwise, fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
No purchase, no refund right
Viewing the website, joining a waitlist, contacting us, or expressing interest in a future product does not by itself create a purchase, subscription, or refund right.
Subscriptions
If a Sun Ryse Tech product is sold on a recurring subscription basis, cancellation rules and renewal timing will be described in the applicable product experience or billing terms. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically entitle a customer to a refund for charges already incurred unless the product-specific terms say so.
Beta programs and early access
Beta access, launch programs, or early product offers may carry separate pricing, refund, or cancellation conditions. Where separate terms apply, those product-specific terms control.
Custom or service-based work
Custom implementation work, advisory work, or any service component will be governed by the terms of the relevant agreement, statement of work, or invoice terms.
